【摘要】:AwrittentestmethodissubjectedtoanILStoevaluateitsperformance.TheILSproducesasetofstatisticalestimatesthatdependuponthemethod,butalsoareinfluencedbythelaboratoriesandtestmaterialsinvolvedinthestudy.Forthatreason,theILStaskgroupmustinterprettheseestimates,aidedbythisguideandusinganalyticaljudgment,todecideifthemethodissuitabletobeballotedforpublicationasastandard.Thetaskgroupmayusethisguidetohelpthempreparetheprecisionandbiasstatementsthatarearequiredpartofthemethod.1.1Thisguidecoversprocedurestohelpataskgroupinterpretinterlaboratorystudy(ILS)statisticstostateprecisionandaccuracyofatestmethodandmakejudgmentsconcerningitsrangeofuse.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
