【摘要】:Thepurposeofthispracticeistoestablishthateachproductionaircrafthasbeenassembledproperlyandoperatesnormallythroughoutitsentireallowableflightenvelope.Iffinalassemblyiscompletedoutsideofthemainproductionfacility,themanufacturershallspecifytherequiredproceduresandwhatpersonsareauthorizedtoperformthem.1.1Thefollowingrequirementsapplyforthemanufactureofweight-shift-controlaircraft.Thispracticeincludestheproductionacceptancetestrequirementsforweight-shift-controlaircraft.1.2Thispracticeappliestoaircraftseekingcivilaviationauthorityapproval,intheformofflightcertificates,flightpermits,orotherlikedocumentation.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatoryrequirementspriortouse.
