【摘要】:ThispartofISO3070specifies,withreferencetoISO230-1,ISO230-2andISO230-7,geometrictests,machiningtests,spindletestsandtestsforcheckingtheaccuracyandrepeatabilityofpositioningbynumericalcontrolofgeneralpurpose,normalaccuracy,horizontalspindleboringandmillingmachineshavingafixedcolumnandmovabletable.ThispartofISO3070alsospecifiestheapplicabletolerancescorrespondingtothesetests.Thistypeofmachinecanbeprovidedwithspindleheadsofdifferenttypes,suchasthosewithslidingboringspindleandmillingspindle,slidingboringspindleandfacinghead,orramormillingram.ThispartofISO3070concernsmachineshavingbothlongitudinal(Z-axis)andtransverse(X-axis)movementofthetable,averticalmovementofthespindlehead(Yaxis),movementoftheboringspindleorram(Waxis)and,possibly,afeedmovementofradialfacingslideinthefacinghead(Uaxis),andthatmayincludearotaryorindexingtable.NOTEInotherpartsofISO3070spindlerammovementisdesignatedastheZaxis.ThispartofISO3070dealsonlywiththeverificationoftheaccuracyofthemachine.Itdoesnotapplytotheoperationaltestingofthemachine(e.g.vibration,abnormalnoise,stick-slipmotionofcomponents)nortomachinecharacteristics(e.g.speeds,feeds),assuchchecksaregenerallycarriedoutbeforetestingtheaccuracy.
