【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthemeasurementoftraceamountsofbasicmaterialspresentinpolyetherpolyolsusedintheproductionofpolyurethanes.Itisimportanttoknowthetraceamountofbasicityinapolyoltopreventgelationofthereactionmassduringtheproductionofpolyurethaneprepolymers.Itisalsousefultocontrolthebasicityinpolyolsusedforpolyurethaneproductiontoassureconsistentandreproduciblereactionbehaviour.Thismethodissuitableforqualitycontrol,asaspecificationtestandforresearch.Theapplicablerangeis0μgto50μg/g,expressedasKOH.Themethodisnotapplicabletoamine-basedpolyols.ThevaluesmaybereportedasCPR(controlledpolymerizationrate)units.
