【摘要】:Thisguidedefinesthecriteriaforcomposition,properties,andotherrequirementsforbrushescontainingamatrixofoneormoreconductingmetallicelementsoralloysandoneormorelubricatinglamellarsolids.Theresultingspecificationisintendedforusewherethesize(forexample,5by3by2mm),shape,orotherfactorsprecludethedeterminationofpropertiesonspecimensofthebulkmaterialfromwhichindividualbrushesaremade.Therequirementsrecommendedhereinhavebeenfoundtobedesirableformostbrushmaterialcomposites.Caremustbetakeninpreparingaspecificationforapre-existingmaterialthatimpositionofoneormoreprovisionshereindoesnotalterthematerialoritsperformance.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.ItistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtobecomefamiliarwithallhazardsincludingthoseidentifiedintheappropriateMaterialSafetyDataSheet(MSDS)forthisproduct/materialasprovidedbythemanufacturer,toestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpractices,anddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
