【摘要】:ThispartofISO7919establishesprovisionsforevaluatingtheseverityofin-situ,broad-bandshaftvibrationmeasuredradial(i.e.transverse)totheshaftaxisat,orcloseto,themainbearings.Theseareintermsof:?vibrationundernormalsteady-stateoperatingconditions;?vibrationduringother(non-steady-state)conditionswhentransientchangesaretakingplace,includingrunuporrundown,initialloadingandloadchanges;?changesinvibrationwhichcanoccurduringnormalsteady-stateoperation.ThispartofISO7919isapplicabletoland-basedsteamturbinesandgeneratorswithpoweroutputsgreaterthan50MWandanormaloperatingspeedof1500r/min,1800r/min,3000r/minor3600r/min.Itisalsoapplicabletosteamturbinesand/orgeneratorswhicharedirectlycoupledtoagasturbine(suchasforcombined-cycleapplications).Insuchcases,thecriteriaofthispartofISO7919applyonlytothesteamturbineandthegenerator(includingsynchronizingclutches).ISO7919-4andISO10816-4areapplicabletotheevaluationofthegasturbinevibration.Thenumericalvaluesspecifiedarenotintendedtoserveastheonlybasisforjudgingtheseverityofvibration.Forlargesteamturbinesandgenerators,itisalsocommontojudgethevibrationbasedonmeasurementstakenonnon-rotatingparts.Forsuchvibrationmeasurementrequirements,seeISO10816-1andISO10816-2.
