【摘要】:Thistestmethodisintendedtoprovideinformationconcerningtheabilityofapowderedcatalysttoresistparticlesizereductionduringuseinafluidizedenvironment.Thistestmethodissuitableforspecificationacceptance,manufacturingcontrol,andresearchanddevelopmentpurposes.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftherelativeattritioncharacteristicsofpowderedcatalystsbymeansofairjetattrition.Itisapplicabletosphericallyorirregularlyshapedparticleswhichrangeinsizebetween10and180m,haveskeletaldensitiesbetween2.4and3.0g/cm3(2400and3000kg/m3)(seeIEEE/ASTMSI-10)andareinsolubleinwater.Particleslessthan20mareconsideredfines.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
