【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationoflossofmassonheatingofaluminiumoxideat300°Candfurtherlossofmassonignitionat1000°C.Byindustryconvention,thesemasslossesareoftenreferredtoas"moisture(MOI)"and"lossonignition(LOI)"respectively.Thismethodissuitableforcalcinedaluminaintherange0,2%to5%lossofmassat300°Cand0,1%to2%lossofmassat1000°C.Thismethodprovidesforsamplestobetreatedonan"as-received"basisfordeterminationofactualMOIandLOIinaluminasamples.Toimproveprecisionofanalysisincaseswhere"as-received"resultsarenotrequired,samplescanbe"air-equilibrated"priortoanalysis."Air-equilibration"cangreatlyaffectMOIresultsandsignificantlyalterLOIresults.The"air-equilibration"procedureanditseffectsarediscussedinAnnexA.Instrumentalmethodsarealsodiscussed.
